Thanks to Drs Ethne and Rosie Macrae and to the staff of G5 Ward at Whiston Hospital for the dignified way in which they looked after Annie. Thanks also to Rev Stephen Gough and Jim Gough for their ministrations during this difficult time and to Gornalls for their exceptional help arranging the funeral.
